If 50% think there are still WMDs and most of the other 50% think it's just fine we invaded Iraq, then who's against the war? I thought all the polls say that a majority of people here now think the war was a mistake. I guess we'll have a better idea after the elections. The problem is if the republicans have their way, the elections will be a referendum on the war on terror and security and not on Iraq. Which brings us back to the London "plot" stealing the headlines
from somewhat of a mini referendum on Iraq in Connecticutt with Lieberman's defeat.

That's big, BIG hype!

I wouldn't assume that 50% know what's going on though. I think most of that other 50% who know there were no WMDs think it's just fine that we invaded to bring 'freedom and liberty' to those poor subjugated people.

Honestly, here in the US we have to be somewhat satisfied that at least 50% still DO know what is going on.
Just trying to hold on to some sort of positive outlook for my own sanity.

Yeah, I mentioned this sad fact in my last podcast.
Worse, many people cannot name the year 9/11 occurred.
We have way too many Fox News watchers in the U.S.
