I doubt his recent stunt of touting some old containers of mustard gas in Iraq as dangerous WMDs will help his numbers, as he came across as a complete moron. It’s about time the voters of Pennsylvania punish this piece of human debris for his anti-gay, pro-war, fundamentalist claptrap. The Democratic challenger for Santorum’s Senate seat is Bob Casey Jr., the current State Treasurer. He’s a bit too much of a “conservative Democrat” for my tastes; he seems awfully conservative on social issues and has voiced no opposition to the war in iraq. But I suppose any Democrat is an improvement over Ole Ricky. So if you’re in Pennsylvannia, vote for Casey.
